The Purchase Agreement will be normally be signed by the seller and purchaser at closing. However, some lenders may require a signed Purchase Agreement prior to closing. Because all the terms of the Purchase Agreement will not have been met prior to closing, the escrow agreement below will be signed along with the Purchase Agreement prior to closing, and held in escrow by the title company until closing.
